Overview

Verituity is seeking a dynamic Senior Enterprise Sales Leader with a proven record of driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic relationships with large enterprise clients. This role combines business leadership and sales expertise, requiring the ability to identify high-value opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and close complex deals. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the full sales cycle, collaborating across teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Strong entrepreneurial leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, combined with a deep understanding of enterprise needs and market trends, are essential.

 

This full-time senior role focuses on driving sales of payment verification solutions to large enterprise institutions across diverse vertical markets. The candidate will lead efforts to scale profitable revenue growth and eventually manage a small team. Success demands a proven ability to secure new accounts from Fortune 1000 companies, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver substantial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a pipeline strategy across key verticals aligned with company objectives, with potential for growing into a business practice leadership role.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to contract execution.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities for business expansion.

  • Address enterprise challenges related to fraud, payouts, and digital transformation, leveraging Verituity’s platform for strategic value.

  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships to solidify business opportunities.

  • Lead C-suite engagements and deliver impactful presentations.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting to drive predictable results.

  • Ensure CRM discipline and accuracy in pipeline management and reporting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.

  • Provide actionable client feedback to inform product enhancements and market strategies.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B/B2C sales and leadership, with a focus on SaaS and FinTech.

  • Proven success selling technology and business solutions to Fortune 1000 enterprises.

  • Expertise in verification, identity solutions, fraud/risk management, or payment processing.

  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and time management skills, with a metrics-driven approach to execution.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, and Consultative Selling techniques.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.

  • Background in banking, FinTech, and payment solutions (payouts/pay-ins, alternative payments).

  • Familiarity with enterprise technology software or services.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales environments and deliver tailored client solutions.
