Overview

As a Director of Sales, you will be selling our payment verification suite of products. You must have a proven track record of success opening new accounts at Top 30 Insurance companies and Banks in the NAM region driving complex solutions sales and revenue growth. As a Director of Sales, you will need to align prospects vision and requirements with company solutions to deliver differentiated customer value. As the strategic advisor to the client, this individual is required to have an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies as well as industry trends and directions. In this role, you will focus on helping clients grow their business by leading large, multi-disciplined project teams, and integrating a broad set of innovative payment and technology solutions in complex client environments.

 

This position is a Full-Time Individual Contributor Sales position with the future responsibility to manage a small squad team.  Payment payout and disbursement experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • You will be solving and addressing existing payout challenges at top tier Insurance companies and Banks
  • Understand what success looks like to the client and how our platform fills that need
  • Identify left to right selling and secure executive sponsorship to solidify business relationships and opportunities
  • Own the sales process from prospecting through to contract execution
  • You will be responsible and accountable to build a fast time to market sales plan
  • Accountable to meet and exceed sales revenue targets in the NAM territory
  • Identify new opportunities and define market growth strategy for Payments Platform
  • Lead C-level customer meetings and presentations
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline with accurate information to drive proper forecasting
  • Help design and rollout of sales playbooks, documentation and provide market feedback for product managers to improve existing solutions
  • Work cross functionally to close sales opportunities with customer success, legal, marketing, product, and finance
  • Captures customer feedback on product and emerging needs and communicates feedback product teams (VOC)
  • Effective partnering with internal and external stakeholders to reach agreements
  • Able to work with Partners for the most efficient execution and winning outcomes
  • Communications and presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven track record selling technology solutions directly to the top 30 Insurance companies and Banks
  • Experience in verification, authentication, identity solutions or fraud/risk solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives to meet predetermined deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all prospect engagements
  • Background in Insurance disbursement, payments, check-services, card processing, and merchant processing, and other alternative payments is a plus, as is experience in technology software or services sales to large Insurance accounts
  • Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision, setting direction communicating effectively with internal and client stakeholders, and enlisting help as needed.
  • Ability to establish friendly, professional, and cooperative relations with internal and external contacts.
  • Organizational Skills (strategic thinking, goal setting, business metrics driven, time management, etc.).

To Be Succussful In This Role, You Will:

  • Understand and effectively execute the pipeline, forecasting, and commitment to buy process with high degree of accuracy through time to revenue.
  • Build a territory plan, work that plan and evaluate and revise as required to maximize business opportunity. Lead and develop account strategies including growth plans, and project timelines.
  • Develop a business case and presentation of client proposal with a solution, financial justification and expected results to overcome objections and win the business with maximum revenue/margin.
  • Ensure proactive accountability to the client leading to enhanced client experience and retention.  Be able to elevate and bring to closure client issues quickly and effectively with a sense of urgency
