The SCAN Foundation (TSF) is an independent public charity devoted to transforming care for older adults in ways that preserve dignity and encourage independence. Right now, there is no coordinated and easily navigated system in place to support Americans who want to live independently as they age. The time for solutions is now. Across all the work we fund, we value projects that are bold, catalytic, and impact-oriented. You may read more about our mission and work at https://www.thescanfoundation.org/about/.
