Clowder is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join their growing team.  This position is an opportunity to grow your career with a fast growing venture backed company. What will you be doing?
As an Account Executive, your role is to identify and qualify sales leads, pitch our software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, including membership groups, associations & non-profits while managing the full sales cycle.

 

Where you will be working?

This is a Hybrid role where you will be working out of the Alexandria, VA office Tuesday and Thursday and remotely on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

In this role, you are tasked with bringing in new business. You’ll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base in the community market. These communities include corporate, membership groups, associations & Non-profits and others. This means you are a creative thinker who is confident and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take pride in seeing your hard work pay off when you see the final results.

 

● Sell, Sell and Sell
● Developing new prospects and expanding existing accounts (Identify new sales opportunities, assist in finding prospects and leads, Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell)
● Devise strategies and execute on them to attain company goals and quotas
● Manage the entire sales cycle
● Build strong client relationships
● Provide customer support when needed
● Learn new product and services features and benefits
● Implementing and executing effective sales campaigns to ensure maximum penetration of key accounts within your territory
● Maintaining an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system (HubSpot)
● Develop, maintain and follow HubSpot intakes, sequences and rules

Qualifications

● 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role
● Experience carrying an annual quota over $800,000 selling products between $10-$30K in ACV
● An established network in and experience selling to membership groups or communities
● A track record of quota attainment
● Excellent communication and listening skills
● HubSpot experience is a plus
● Great negotiation skills and determination to surpass performance goals
● Outstanding knowledge and skill sets in managing and creating presentations
● Good knowledge of other CRM softwares
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Ability to think on your feet
● Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
● Good time-management skills
