Overview

High Growth SaaS company has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Corporate Account Executive to help create, iterate and execute the company’s sales strategy. Responsibilities include generating sales opportunities (pipeline) and to close relationships with our future customers. The territories are rich and require a strong ability to be organized, disciplined and productive in the role in less than 90 days. The ideal person must be energetic, creative, and performance-driven. This person will have a proven ability to engage industry influencers and buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop and close sales opportunities on a monthly quota
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales activities (cold calling, qualifying key opportunities, qualifying incoming leads) and revenue targets in your market segment
  • Generate a pipeline of 4-6 times your monthly quota
  • Create, manage, and review individual opportunity action plans
  • Guide a team of internal subject matter experts throughout the sales life cycle to deliver effective virtual and onsite presentations
  • Meet or exceed all measurable sales objectives and quotas
  • Continually maintain an accurate forecast and robust pipeline of sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in carrying a sales quota
  • Experience selling to complex enterprise accounts up to 6,000 employees in size
  • Proven ability cut through layers/ barriers and get to the decision maker including executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles at the same time
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated with a focus on customer success
  • Good business acumen, experience with basic contracts and pricing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of sales and prospecting methodologies
  • Domain expertise in HR or recruiting is a plus
  • Self-motivated, hungry and passion for sales
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Four year college degree preferred
