We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Integrity Risk International, LLC. Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will serve as a point of contact for employees and support all human resource management activities including benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, policy development and regulatory compliance.  Duties include but not limited to:  

 

· Handle all recruitment activities to include developing postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with selecting applicants who meet the position requirements and help enable the company to achieve its objectives.

· Develop and administer human resources-related policies and advise managers on organizational policy matters.

· Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions.

· Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies and employee benefits.

· Plan and conduct new employee orientation to help transition employees into the organization.

· Monitor employee attendance and track all employee leave; maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates to identify issues and trends.

· Implement HR administrative functions to include managing and filing Unemployment and Workers Compensation claims; distributing, opening, and stamping incoming/outgoing mail; performing background checks; assisting accounting department with processing.

· Conduct benefits administration and process enrollments and changes.

· Monitor performance management program and oversee recruitment committee.

· Enter and track employee data in HRIS-related systems.

· Monitor and update organizational charts and employee contact list.

· Ensure the company is compliant with HR and employment-related laws and regulations.

· Conduct audits of employment files to ensure everything remains up to date and accurate.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related discipline.

· HR certification preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources field; HR generalist experience required.

· Solid knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and negotiation, and human resource information systems.

· Strong knowledge of all federal and state employment-related laws.

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing as well as to present information to small and large groups.

· Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence; collaborative nature.

· Ability to take initiative on assigned projects/tasks and work with minimal supervision.

· Ability to keep multiple, disparate, time-sensitive projects on track.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality; impeccable integrity and candor at all times; earns trust.

· Self-driven; demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to achieve results.

· Adaptable; able to pivot and work through changing priorities and unexpected barriers.
