Our innovative and growing company is looking for a Transducer Product Engineer to join our team. Following is our list of responsibilities and qualifications.   • Provide training for all Assembly Team members on the operation of assembly machines and technology
  • Respond to equipment downtime as required to support the maintenance and production teams
  • Analyzes operating procedures and functions of equipment and machinery to reduce time and cost of assembly manufacturing processes
  • Provides engineering support to assembly product production teams to resolve manufacturing process issuesInvestigate root causes for quality concerns
  • Solve complex manufacturing problems including the need to troubleshoot equipment and follow issues to resolve
  • Utilize appropriate statistical methods for continuous improvement on plant processes
  • Maintain good working relationships with peers, hourly employees, union management, and the supplier community
  • Provide input into the development of plant budgets for Manufacturing Engineering
  • Responsible for safety, quality, and throughput of equipment related to the manufacturing process
  • Work with central cross-functional teams to evaluate designs and processing proposals to define manufacturing processes


• Understanding and experienced with pressure, vacuum, and temperature transducers.
• Highly trained and experienced with 3D Modeling using Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing methods and assembly of high-quality switches, transducers and cylinders.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication and people skills
