High Growth SaaS has an exciting REMOTE opportunity for a Director of Product Marketing. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will develop our product strategy, understand the market opportunity, TAM and competitive environment to develop our roadmap plan. You will also create market leading positioning and compelling product stories that resonate with our customers and drive demand for our suite of products. You will help lead the Go-To-Market plan for each hiring type: Professional, Hourly and Campus.


  • Lead the team to develop and drive go-to-market strategy for our hiring types (above) and solution categories including positioning/messaging, pricing and packaging, sales playbooks, GTM training, content (public and sales-enablement), and demand generation plans
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyer personas, their critical business issues, how they buy, and their buying criteria
  • Competitive intelligence – be the expert on our competition and how company wins. Ensure GTM team understands and can clearly communicate key competitive differentiators of the products
  • Build compelling offers to drive new prospect sales as well as cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within our customer base.
  • Develop creative and innovative marketing strategies to gain key buyers (sales/distribution, marketing, compliance, IT) mindshare
  • Educate GTM team (sales, marketing, PS and CS) to clearly communicate key benefits of each product for each persona (sales leaders, marketing leaders, distribution leaders, IT, advisors and agents)


  • 10-12 years of enterprise software product marketing experience
  • Experience building and leading a team of product marketers
  • Curiosity to develop a deep understanding of customer personas their core problems and priorities
  • Executive presence – Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience speaking with c-level executives and large groups
  • Competitive mindset – constantly keeping an eye on competitors and the market
  • Analytical – consistently taking input/data from a variety of places and draw forward-looking conclusions for product and marketing plan
